HI!

Hi! I’m an artist, author, counselor, intergenerational trauma specialist. Ayurvedic Practitioner, Doctor of Classical Chinese (Daoist) Medicine, Acupuncture, and herbs. I am also a reiki master, Ayurvedic Practitioner, meditation and Shen Gong teacher, mother, wife—and above all, someone passionate about helping people rediscover joy in their lives.

Today, I see myself not just as a trauma healer but as a joy specialist. To me, healing stuck emotions means releasing our stuck stories and returning Home . Using my diverse healing tools—Classical Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, counseling, creative expression, and storytelling—I guide you in shifting emotions, releasing intergenerational trauma, and easing physical ailments. Together, we move toward laughter, peace, purpose, and love.

I was blessed to have learned my healing modalities from leading Daoist Master Jeffrey Yuen, many other great teachers from across the world and cultures. Psss…I love reading, nature, and enjoyed writing and doing the art for my Children’s Yoga book My Heart Flies Open published by North Atlantic Books, distributed by Penguin Random House
